Our culture
We work hard, but have fun, too. We celebrate the success of our company and all those who are part of it. Our kitchens are fully stocked and we host a variety of events and employee-led initiatives in all our locations. In addition, each office participates in volunteer actions that employees select and lead, such as supporting community food banks and organizations that provide financial empowerment services.
There are no offices at Qontigo, even for the CEO. We feel that this promotes a more collaborative atmosphere. We also love to celebrate the successes of the company with parties and get-togethers. We have various games, competitions, and community outreach opportunities throughout the year.
